You can actually win 33 in a row and not get MVP. No Laker got the MVP in 71-72. I guess what really matters is who the Most Valuable Team is, right?

Well, that was kind of different. They have 3 legendary hall of famers (Arguably the Best C <I feel Hakeem is the best for the record> the Best SF in elgin Baylor and The Logo Jery West)...How can you pick 1 guy to give it to? There aren't 3 hall of famers playing RIGHT NOW for the Rox (Yao is out for seasonand Deke is on the bubble for the HOF) so It's impossible to copare the two situations....

they can only deny us for so long. Scola is a winner. I'm with JVG - Scola is rookie of the year and it isn't even close.
Just like it's impossible to say T-Mac should get MVP because of this win streak. He didn't do this alone and it's hard to argue that CP3, LeBron or Kobe deserve it any less.
No...he shouldn't, But he should still be considered. Take out Tmac and this streak most likely does not last this long.
