It's not bashing it's just stating the obvious considering his size, how the game is played today and how the refs call calls it is hard for this guy to be a dominating player. He is forced to take fade aways and sooner or later that doesn't work if he played his hardest he would foul out every game. So looking at the way he plays which is a mixture of hard and smart he is just not dominate on both sides of the floor for 4 quarters.

Untrue. You're just a hater, or something. Yao gets doubled everytime. If that's not respect by the opponent, what is?

no one said he should be a regular starter. Did you even see how T-mac has performed the last few games? Head is just useless. Wafer should be the primary backup 2 and the starting 2 when T-mac is out/injured/sulking .

This team is competing. Even if they lose, I'll be happy if they keep it close. They have no business winning tonight. Not when McGrady, Battier, and Artest are out.

I guess this is the group that gives a **** or self pride in competing. Artest and Mcrady are huge dissappointments.

Thank God you're not a GM. In your eyes, the guy that dunks the hardest and acts the most ghetto would be the #1 pick. I have some AND1 DVDs that you can borrow.

    Strong effort by Von Wafer.

Only if we saw that from T-Mac....

at least he's scoring and creating offense. Without Head on the court we have magically climbed our way back into this game...

Yao is 7-12, 16 points, 14 rebounds so far. How is Yao not dominant? You're incredible.

This Rox team is actually competitive and trying. If tmac was playing, Rox would have already been blown out

Doubling Yao is good... chances are he turns over the ball, chances are he doesn't get a easy shot offensively where he is dominate at times in the game and chances are the rest of his teammates are just standing around looking. Smart thing to do game plan wise everyone knows Yao has skills but just because your getting doubled doesn't make you the type of dominate player like Hakeem was. Tracy still gets doubled and he is only scoring 2 and 4 points.
