I don't think anyone posted it, I don't even know if its on their site, but the Chronicle reported Sunday in their "Rockets Summary" that T-Mac's missing this game and the Dallas game and won't even be evaluated again till Thursday.
is anyone watching this on PPlive or anything streaming? or is it not available because of the time it is in China.
Texas you are the next announcer on the ClutchFans Game Thread.... So come on down and give us fans at work an update...
Anyone else have a terrible picture on Fox SW? The court seems extremely bright, but I think it's just the main camera. The rest of them seem to be fine...but it is killing my eyes. This doesn't normally happen so I don't think it's my TV.
I have to listen to the Hawks broadcasters (who are rather partial to their ex Hawk Mutumbo I might add). ps: Lucas for three!!
Rockets leading after the first 21-20. Mutumbo is the workhorse. He had 9pts and 5 boards in the 1st. John Lucas just put 'em 23-20 with a smooth stop and pop shot.
23 all after a Salim Stoudamire triple and 25-23 Atlanta now. That dude is a money shooter... I think the Rockets had a lot of interest in him at draft time.
Where is Tmac? He practiced Friday and still hasn't played? Anyone doubt that we are not exacty trying as hard as we can to win? DD
Yeah but there is a difference between shooting jumpers in practice and playing all-out full contact in a game. Anyways, if it turns out the Rockets are giving him excessive rest time that would be good IMO.
I can't see the Rockets being able to Spur-style tank this season given that Yao Ming makes millions for Stern & Co. and is their only real ticket in China. Though given that the Yao-led Rockets are 0-8 without Tracy it may not matter. I could see them shutting down Tracy for the year though if they didn't feel like they had a shot to make the playoffs. LOL... I was thinking the same thing.
its not excessive rest, T-Mac's quote from Sunday's chronicle "I'd like to tell you I'm fine but I'm not........I'm not getting re-evealuted till Thursday, so that's it" JVG, "When he is healthy enough to play, he'll play, its really that simple"
