Luther head is great. But I still wish that CD could have used that 24th pick on David Lee. Man that guy is a hayes+++++. Perfect for our 4.

We've beaten the spurs twice, mavs once nd the grizz twice.
5 wins 4 losses is our record in the SW

JVG had absolutely nothing negative to say, nothing but effusive praise for McGrady, Battier, Deke and Howard for their "leadership".

All he was left with was, "I loved how we played tonight."

    JVG is losing it...

I'm sure the Spurs fans and the Mavs fans know about that better

You gotta hand it to this team.

Last year this game would have been a loss. They played 7.5 guys (No Bonzi), momentum was in the Grizzlies favor in the third/early 4t quarter, they are tired from playing last night and they persevere and fight to win.

    Can't ask for anything more.

Our MVP is down and this team bonds together and fight for each other, very unselfish, night in and night out.

This might be one of the best sports stories of the year.

IF we go deep in the playoffs, it would be a dream season.

We are missing half the team. This team is Yao/Tmac and a bunch of role players. We're not like the Suns or Mavs who have a bunch of very good players. This team is Yao and Tmac

Schedule anomaly. We only play them 3 times this year. I wish they would schedule us for 4 against the Grizz and 3 against the Mavs :)

We play the Mavs 4 times and 3 of them are without YAO

Since his medical miracle, TMac has simply been "All World," he just beats you, with his shooting, with his passes, with his will, he just beats you. Last year, this was a loss. Last year, most of them were losses, studies in futility. But, it's this year.
Not a showcase of defense, the Rockets just gave them the lane, and the Grizz didn't play much defense period. The Rockets looked like the better team, and proved it. Hey, I wouldn't pencil in a loss at Dallas. Maybe Bonzi will be back. Maybe Synder will play. And when Yao comes back, the Rockets might become a runaway train. Do you feel it!?

    We beat Grizz 3 times...

    We beat Spurs twice...

    We beat Mavs once...

That's at least 6 division wins.

    You know what?

I was wrong. NBA.COM says we have 7-4 division record

We must have beaten Grizz 4 times, because I don't remember beating New Orleans

    Memphis is 0-11. Ouch

Another good win, beating a team they are supposed to beat. I never thought after last year that we see McGrady like this. This guys is amazing and the fact that he doesnt get any MVP run is crazy.

Just some food for thought- When Yao comes back and rounds into shape, assuming McGrady keeps his level of production, this team can win the championship this year. We, the Rocket fans have never seen a healthy McGrady and Yao playing in their primes. True, they played together in 2004-2005, but Yao was nowhere near as dominate then as he is now. The way this team is constructed there is not a better one-two punch in the NBA. I know the doubters will bring up Phoenix. I would still take McGrady and Yao over Nash and Amare.

Cant wait till Friday for the Mavericks. The Rockets are due in Dallas.
