T mac had another horrible shooting night. I think he was 6 for 15. At least his free throw shooting was better. Hayes played well and so did Battier. Yao needs to be tougher on the blocks and get his rebounds. Ugly win, but I'll take it.

Of course you can. But I found it amazing a supposedly Rockets fan would get extremely angry over the rebounding of one player after we have won the game in which we outrebounded the other team 45-33. I think you just look for an excuse to bash the player. You are as pathetic as the Tmac haters.

please lose some games so that JVG can be fired. It should've been really easy to get a win aginast Memphis. Please, let Vspan and Novak play. Both are inteligent players with experience. Why Luther Head? Why? You can't see any confidence in his eyes, not to mention the smartness. JVG sucks.

It may be played out, but it's the truth. There were plenty of times when Yao was open down low only for his teamates to chuck up a shot, or wave him off.

I know it's not fair to blame all this on JVG, but he's the coach, he trains them to play the way they play. Whether he's overworking his players, or paying toooo much attention to detail, I don't know. But his brand of bball is ugly, real ugly.

What is the reasoning for bashing Yao's rebounding all of a sudden. We were pretty good on the boards and Yao's play in the fourth quarter carried us to the win.

    Is that right?

I watched the same game on LP which broadcasted from Grizz' TV network. I don't remember seeing this. They might have cut it since it was no concern to the Memphis.

I'm not bashing him, I'm critiquing a weakness in his game. If you don't think his rebounding is one of the weakest aspect of his game, then I don't know what to tell you. But I'll tell you this, if we want to be a true contender, Yao has got to be the man, whether it's scoring, clogging up the paint, and REBOUNDING.

Patience. This is not video game. Just be happy to get a win while exposing mistakes. Maybe Griz is not a piece of cake like everybody thought they are.

Oh, I got the Grizz broadcast on LP and they made no mention of it whatsoever. When did it happen? How bad did it look?

He landed on someone's foot, fell on his butt, grabbed his ankle and grimaced. Then he got up and seemed fine.

People for pete's sake get a grip.

Yao and T-Mac are out of shape due to the injuries that's all.

Yao isn't even in shape or rythm and he's averaging 25/8 just imagine what he will do once he gets in shape.

    GIVE IT A REST

as for T-Mac he's in even more rusty state than Yao and completely out of rythm.

But he's perfectly fine, there's nothing at all wrong, all these people saying he lost his athleticism or game or whatever are off their freaking rockers.

He's obviously still got it, he's just out of rythm coming off an injury.

Yao and T-Mac are fine get off the complaints already.

And look at Yao's rebounding he was out of shape at the WBC and his rebounding was down there too, last year when his rebounding improved was OBVIOUSLY when he had his wind back.

You can't be on a broken foot for months on end and not have to take a considerable amount of time to get that wind back, same thing with T-Mac's shot based on getting a good flow and rythm and getting back to optimal playing condition.

Geezes this forum acts like they are complete scrubs and doesn't even consider they are coming off major injuries, more than one in Yao's case.
