That's what I can imagine and I will do the same thing, waiting for the end of painful losing.

 

I wish this wasnt in memphis... still, I think yao has one of his good nights. that is if he gets the ball. With tmac out, this is a great opportunity for yao to lead... heck, I dont know... just hope they win. I'll go ahead and predict rox winning... they are due..i mean sooner or later everyone is due, right?

 

the losing streaks ends at 5.... T-Mac will play...Yao and D-WES will have a big night.. Rockets win 89- 82

Have not really watched the Rockets but I can give you a Grizz scouting report.

The Grizz run their entire offense through Pau, mostly to bring double teams and punish defensive rotations with 3pters. Damon has shot horribly except for 1 game. However, Mike Miller and Eddie Jones have been shooting well. The Czar likes to go small and play Pau at center so you can look for him to take Yao or Deke 1 on 1 off the dribble. Pau is passing well but he passes out of quick double teams to fast IMO but our ball movement usually gets us good shots.

Also, Shane Battier has been punishing SFs and some PFs on the low post. He abused Carmelo so badly (16 pts in the 1st half) they had to put Camby on him. He also has his jumper going. I think he is still shooting greater than 60% overall.

Our bench has been giving up leads since Bobby Jackson shot left him but he and Miller are capable of killing teams by themself.

If The Czar would go small more and give less minutes to Wright we would be better off but he doesn't. If we are hitting from the outside...kiss the baby, it's over.

 

any word on TMac for tonight

 

I am leaving st. louis around noon to go down and watch the game in Memphis. I have tickets right on the rockets tunnel. I don't care if they have been playing bad, Im so excited Im sick. Ill try to get some good pics. Im going early to try to get a few autographs.

My prediction:

JVG figure out some plays for Luther Head and Yao together. Yao draws triple team, easily hit Luther Head for a nice jumpers all night long. Head hits career high 7 three pointers and score 30 points. Yao with 10 assists, 6 to Head. Yao also grab 19 rebounds, and blocks 6 shots. While torching Pau GaSOFT and Shane Battier for 29 points, going 11/11 on freethrow lines. Mike Miller can't hit the side of the barn tonight and ending up 3/18, 0/6 from 3 point line.

A total team effort, and Rockets win Rockets 102: Grizzlies 84

 

I know how you feel

Just enjoy the game, it's nice if Rockets win, don't kill yourself over it if they lose. They're depleted right now.

this game will be very frustrating. we are not fast enough to keep up with them, and our defense is too slow to rotate to cover all of thier shooters.

they will keep us at arms length all game.

My Prediction Record: 11-1

 

Please don't forget TMac didn't win the first game after he lost 19. When you watch the current rockets play, they are not good as a team. There is no question it is a big loss without TMac. But we could have win a couple if we had a better outsider shooting. You watch the guards on the other teams you really feel we have the worst guards in the league right now.

 

I believe we will get a win.

YAO will have decent number and help HIS team to get a big big big win

 

it's not hard to have a good prediction record when we keep losing, lmao.
