Its nice to see Yao get shut down and still get 15 pts., 12 rebounds and 2 blocks. I guess.

A 7'6 catching the ball on the move and making a 360 in traffic, and you called that a easy layup. Wow, you must be good.

Shaq would have had 45 one on one with Wright. Yao was nonexistent for 3 quarters

Luther is playing very well right now. I think he could be solid PG with time. He needs to work on his mid range game more and be more aggressive and drive the ball to the rim.

Does resorting to calling people names such as "dumbass" make up for you being called that all your life? I'm glad that it makes you feel better, something's gotta give. ;)

Now, sure a fronting defense is difficult to deal with, but it would be nice for Yao to use some sheer force to throw wright behind him. Sure Yao may draw some offensive fouls or even foul out within a half, but who cares? Atleast this sends a message and this will make people think twice about getting too physical with Yao because he held his ground.

WHO CARES IF YAO FOULS OUT. It would have a good ROI (return on investment) in the long run.

Maybe because they passed him the ball 5 times that whole time and there were two people on him...

They just fouled shaq every time, and he missed 60% of his FTs. Stop kissing shaq's ass moron.

Believe me, it is quite obvious Yao is pretty Dang'ol at fighting off a fronting defender like Wright or any other fronting defender for that matter. Like I said before, it would be nice if Yao would just throw the Dang'ol defender behind him and FORCE his way to the front of the defender. If you ask me, it's worth it to draw all those Fouls Yao will get to send a message to the league and the refs.

I don't know why you guys keep pampering Yao so much. He's supposed to be our star player outside of Tmac, play like it! I wouldn't be as irritated if Yao missed all his turnarounds as long as he plays aggressive. His missed shots will work itself out.

Did you guy notice that JVG use Howard in stead of Yao to do P n R in the first half game. I think this is why Yao still had some gase in the final quater. I like the change JVG made although Howard was not good to do it and got an offensive faul.

Losing sucks. But the way I see it, as long as the team sticks together and does not lose their cool and confidence, the team will start winning sooner rather than later.

In the 1st three quaters, Yao played poorly on offensive end, but he played fine on defensive end. Yao really turned it up in the 4th quater. That missed layup is definitely a VERY difficult one. It showed his determination, confidence, and Yes, skill. That last 3-pt by Head is due to Yao's hard-fought rebound.

In my opinion, Yao has adjusted well this game. In previous games, there were quite a few times Yao played well in the 1st three quater and didn't show up in the 4th quater. It wasn't the case in this game. He was VERY effective in the 4th quater and helped keeping the game close. When you didn't play well on one end, you can still help the team by doing more on the other's end. Yao did that on defensive end in the 1st three quaters. He played 38 minutes this game and he didn't look tired at all at the end of the game. So he is learning how to use his energy effectively.

Rockets didn't collapse on the offensive end in the end of the game. They lost due to the mistatkes on defensive end in the last one and a half minute. Wesley's foul on Stoudmire was critical. Again, that missed layup by Yao in the 4th quater is far from a cannot-miss shot. Also he only had 3 fouls today. 15pt, 12rb, 2stl, 2blk, 2assist, considering he played quite well in the 4th quater, I will say it is an overall solid game for him and the rockets.

One more positive (I know, losing sucks), the Rockets have played well at the beginning of the game in the last few games. That is definitely an improvement. And the offense didn't stall just because Yao was not effective. So the team played smarter (I know, not enoug) now.

Losing sucks, but please keep your head up Yao.

Man. WTF has happened to Yao's game? He looks awful. We are playing horrible still but at least we found a team playing worse.

    You guys are in trouble.
