2/5 of the team are very good
2/5 of the team are mediocre
1/5 of the team can't shoot, can't pass, don't even know how to play his role
5/5 of the team are the same of last year failure
    Bench is mediocre
    Rotation is pretty understandable
Offense is a no offense just like last year (Hey T-Mac, take the ball and score)
Defense is worst than last year

We can win 80-70-60 games in this season, but the end will be the same. Just like every game is the same, W or L, no difference.

One other thing, people should stop comparing our record back and forth between this yr and under JVG's team last yr. It's going to be very similar in the end. I find it very hard that Adelman will get this team to over 52 games. There even some nights where as much as it pains me to say, having JVG might be better!! When playing a young team like the Grizz, slowing it down getting less shots is a decent way to win. OUr defense was off tonight, but I recall goin 4-0 against Memphis last yr. But remember, bringin Adelman will really show dividends in the playoffs, not the regular season!

Steve can penetrate, when T-mac and he play together, Grizzles can't leave T-mac open, so Steve would have got a good chance to score, draw fouls or pass to our bigman.

The image of rafer is cracking me up. Something to laugh about after an awful game by the rockets.

If Francis is still worse than Rafer after these games, We need not trade both of them, and create a roaster spot for AB, and probably sign another PG.

Rafer's shot is not off, his shooting form is wrong, that is why he is thought up bricks faster than Fanie May Foundation. His feet is all most 45Degrees on his release, that is why the he is shooting 30% .... an NBA player making about 4M a season, shooting that bad? wow ....He is killing the team. Time to make a change, trade or bench him....

It's good that we're 6-2, but after watching the last 3 games we still have some weaknesses.

    1. Rafer Alston.......................I've never been the biggest Rafer basher, but the guy has just pissed me off with his play this season.....seriously how many ill advised shots must one guy take per game....I counted 5 tonight...that's 5 wasted posessions in a close game......I'm seriously starting to think that we need to at least give Francis a shot at some playing time and if that doesn't work out then we need to look for a trade to get a PG in here that makes good decisions

    2. Still not big enough at the PF position....Memphis's long athletic front court gave us some problems tonight.....one more PF with some length wouldn't hurt

    3. We foul too much.....we have to learn to play defense without fouling....especially down the stretch....Memphis didn't even have to do anything offensively, because we kept putting them on the foul line

    4. Mike James............................I love the toughness and spark that Mike brings off the bench, but sometimes he gets a little too trigger happy and forgets about others on the court.......specifically Tracy and Yao.......................who are the superstars of this team

    5. Tmac...............thus far tmac has been having a great season, but some nights he seems more aggressive than others....I would just like to see him come out with the "attack" mindset that he had tonight and in Utah......he's as good (if not better) then any other player in the league when he does this..

Okay I'm done ranting, but this is just one of those losses that's hard to take.......

I am amazed how fast Yao has become. A couple of times he got the ball, he was able to turn, dribble and shoot.

Lets give credit where credit is due. Darko, whatever his faults on the offensive end, is a pretty good defensive player and he plays best against big slow guys like himself. I do think however that they needed to find a way to get Yao more involved, even if that means him taking long jumpers(he is a good shot so why not?).

I havent said anything about the Steve situation but i think he should get a chance to play soon. Preseason and regular season play is just not the same thing. Just because Rafer outplayed him in the preseason doesnt mean Steve sucks.

Just finished watching the game (DVR), and needless to say, except for Tracy, Yao, and Chuck, the Rocks sucked. Oh, they had ONE HELL OF A LOT OF HELP FROM THE ****ING REFS, the stupid bastards, but we should have won this game easily with 41 from McGrady, 22 from Yao, and only 9 turnovers. Instead, the bench was missing in action. Badly. Badly.

The refs weren't, though. They were very much in action, screwing the Rockets like a 17 year old boy humpin' it on his first trip to Boys Town. I don't usually get quite this pissed at the refs, knowing that **** happens, but this was outrageous. Simply beyond the pale. Just the bad calls against Chuck made the difference, and that doesn't begin to reach the depths of the refs ****ed-up-titude. Yao was also raped. The big fella probably needs counseling from a specialist after this. Good god almighty.

The whole crew should be investigated... after they're fired.
