    Dwight's problem in the post is that when he spins, he doesn't gain any ground.

    He spins right in front of the defender.

    He needs to step AROUND the defender.

    You don't close out like that. That's a foul every time and is bad defense (because it is a foul) he runs right into Harden. You either close out and stop and try to contest vertically (either grounded or by jumping) or you run at them at a angle.

    It really is no different from how Bowen or Manu would get right under a jumpshooter and then surprise surprise, the shooter rolls their ankle.

    Its funny how flawed Asik and Howard are on the offensive end and yet they have unbelievable impact on the court. Can you imagine what Hakeem would do to today's league?
