He still made it on the All-Star team. Which means he's better than the majority of players. The fact that Chuck Hayes contained Okur as well as he did speaks volumes for his defensive abilities.

Are you that fan who doesn't understand that you won't have 5 all-stars in hte Rockets line up. Chuck Hayes is easily among the middle of NBA 4's.

As far as your stupid question I would definitely let my physically disabled child play on a little league team, and if any other kids hated having him on the little league team because of the disability I would feel sorry for them that their parents didn't instill them with better values. I would probably have a discussion with their parents and the coaches if that was the case.

I'm saying he's competent at his job, because he brings down rebounds, plays stellar defense and makes smart cuts and gets the most out of his limited offensive skills.

Your efforts to try and ignore his positive qualities are making it not worth the time it takes to discuss anything with you.

the poster about kids with disabilities is probably the most insensitive post ive seen in some time...you obviously dont have children with disabilities or you would know better than to post something that is so potenially hurtful

    No, that's me.

Maybe your kid will end up on her team and learn something more than "winning".

Okur sucking had nothing to do with Hayes and everything to do with the fact he was expending his energy to contain Yao. He said this himself. Similarly, he was bad in the SA series when he was expending his energy to contain Duncan, while being guarded by Oberto.

It definitely had a lot to do with Hayes, which is why early on the limited success he had was when someone other than Hayes was guarding him.

No, but that's my best friend whose kid is disabled and who played on the team in our little league that won the city championship- with him in the everyday lineup, whom all his teammates loved, you G.D. loser.

Nobody's arguing that Hayes is as good as Okur. Offensively, there's no question that Okur is head and shoulders above Hayes. However, you're ignoring the fact that Hayes basically shut down an All-Star caliber PF. If that doesn't speak volumes about Hayes, then I don't know what will.

And based on your ridiculously long posts full of grammatical errors and faulty logic, it seems that YOU are the r****ded kid who's parents don't allow out of the house. They should have thought twice about giving you internet connection.
