this game is SO gdm annoying. We cant get ANY calls unless Martin throws himself into anyone... this entire second half we cant get the calls besides exaggerated sht.

whats worse? THE MEMPHIS COMMENTATORS!!! O M G!!! Every play "oh you gotta call that!/wow, come on thats a foul all night!/Rockets got THAT CALL?/How hard does ____ have to get hit to get a foul call?!"

There's a select few unbiased commentators who call games in the NBA, and the Grizz announcers ARE NOT them. Its like listening to pure-Grizz-fans call the game. I swear, they got to the line so much that quarter but still all you hear is whining and complaining on the mic as Houston barely gets any whistles.

GEEZ!

I had a great feeling about this game until the last minute and a half. Hope we can pull this out.

 

As expected, AB/Martin back court = free points for other team.

 

exactly what i thought. with 6 all so secs left, take it to the hole, at least create an opportunity for the opposition to foul. a rush 3 like that with defence right up against you is just too low a percentage to take in a close game. also AB has such a great mid range game. 3 more dribbles and pull up is much better. with ab's speed, he should be able to get that off any time he wants.

Lee has altered his game somewhat since to H-Twon. He is just a 3 point shooter now. Cant do anything else. T-Will comes in jacks up wild shots as well. Its so so sad we are left with Bud as the only other alternative.

 

At least we ended the last half okay. Let's go on another run to get an 8-point lead again and see if we can sustain it. The Griz are pretty much doing the same thing - go on a run and then fall off.

I would rather have Courtney Lee play point than Brooks at the moment.

That's because he plays significantly less minutes. He started in both Orlando and NJ, and averaged over 30 min/game.

AB again goes into panic mode when things is not going his way.

 

I notice thought refs change up the way the game is called and that effects the Rockets. They allow the other team always to be more physical in the second half. The Rockets have trouble adjusting. Its a observation that is an ongoing theme now. Refs habits need to be recognized by the Rockets players now too. First half allow Rockets to get their calls. Then other teams plays physical second half and Refs allow that to start happening. They need to start recognizing this and play accordingly from now on. Thats on Rick Adelman.
