It's gonna be close, like 1-3 points close, our games with the Grizz are always close. I''m not too sure about this one, but since it's on national tv that gives us an edge since the Rockets always play so well when it's not just local. Yao is also doin' good now which has our offense in rhythm, so that makes me more confident about this game, too.

Rockets blow it open in the fourth quarter.

    Jim Jackson pours in 30.

    Rockets 100-89

All signs point to a loss: matchups, road, Griz have better depth, & our penchant for reading our own press clippings and giving a p***poor effort.

    Griz - 95
    Rox - 85

PLEASE PROVE ME WRONG!! A win could represent a real breakthrough.

Boki Posterizes Posey, and Yao tears apart Pau. The Franchise goes for yet another quad duble. We win, half this board forgets the fact that we won and starts ripping apart the fact that Yao didnt get to boost his stat and get 17 points instead of 15. Yof's scream for Steves head as he finishes the game off with a 180 wide open reverse dunk when instead he could have passed it to YAO who was sitting on the bench trying hard just to breath.

*ahem* On the bright side, the delay caused by this light condition gave Time Warner overhere in Austin a chance to fix my cable without me missing any of the game. :D

This lighting debacle is the funniest thing I've seen in years. From the tone of Saiger's interview questions, you'd think there was some weighty tragedy.

Sure, it's a touch darker, but how in the world are these unplayable conditions? LOL. Football is played in the rain and in blizzards. But basketball needs the full illumination of a medical operating theater.

Lets see....if the Rockets don't lead the 1st. They usually what? LOSE! Lets look for some signs of "giving up."

It looks bad as far as pace is going. This is the disadvantage of Van Gundy utilizing a 7 man rotation against a proficient 10 man rotation.

Man, Yao got rid of that ball like he didn't want anything to do with it.
