Jeff Van Gundy waited one too many possessions to call a timeout when Francis and Yao were on the bench. he should of stopped the bleeding much earlier. this is a heartbreaker.

and he should not have started Cato to begin the second half. I was kinda suprised he did that. everytime Cato was on the floor the Rockets got down real fast and could not score.

just dumb luck by Memphis. Consecutive bad shots bouncing strong off the ring and going their way.

Hey, sorry if you're wrong. And you defend yourself with sarcasm. That's not on me.

Rockets were robbed tonight, the commentators didn't do research on tonights game, the refs gave the typical home calls to the home team, but all in all officiated very poorly. If I were a Memphis fan I'd still be pissed about the officiating.

Plain and simple the Grizz just wanted that game more. They chased down every loose ball.

My words came back to haunt me... in a close game, the Grizz always have the upper hand at winning.

Grizzlies looked MUCH fresher at the end.... why?... because they run 10 deep, and nobody gets HUGE minutes or plays a long stretch.

Granted, we could have beaten them had we just matched the intensity (they're soft), but it was a hard-fought loss.

Ah well... pick ourselves back up for a New York game that will be TOUGHER than the laugher we had against them last week.

What the Hell was wrong with their rim?! All their outside shots bounced off the rim so that they went back far into the Grizz hands!!

Talk about lucky bounces! like 10 times!!!!!!

No. You blow it out of proportion. Kerr didn't mean anything from it.

Did Posey miss a 3 pointer down the stretch? I think Posey must have been psyched up for this game. He's not even a 3 point shooter.

This is a bad loss that I don't understand.

In the 4th quarter, we were up by 8 and lost our composure. Memphis went on a 16-2 run and we just played run and gun with them, totally playing to their strength.

When we were down 3 with 2 1/2 min to go, Steve was too impatient and took 2 very questionable 3s. We had enough time and catch up.

And why wait until down 6 to go to Ming in the paint?

As much as I HATED (and I MEAN HATED) to lose to the Whizzlies tonight, the Rockets were down three on the road with 2 minutes to go and had the ball. Good teams are around .500 on the road for the season and I believe that makes the Rockets exactly .500 this year.

I hated losing to Gashole and the Pisslies, but very entertaining game.
