The rox without yao is the same as the spurs without Ginobili

It looks like Mike Fratello wants to embarass JVG pretty badly. He poured it on.

The griz appear to be a team with depth. With so many talented guys on their team, how long can they afford to keep them. What changes will they need to make?

Do you think we could find a way to get Swift?

With up by 20, the starting lineup is still on the court.

Calm down everyone. The Rockets can't win 'em all. Let's see how they do against the Pacers and and Orlando.

As if it the Rockets fault. Yao Ming has plenty of opportunities to score, until he gets in foul trouble. He just can't make his shots right now.

You never see Mutombo, Wallace, Duncan or Shaq just give up layups when they're standing under the basket. They go straight up and contest. They, unlike Yao, get away with the body contact that results. Yao has a right to his space. He should be allowed to go straight up and contest. 3 foul calls were fine, but the other 3 were horrible.

Yao is 4 for 6 tonight. No, there weren't plenty of opportunities for him to score. Thought you have to watch the game to post this like this.

Those one handed shots make or break Yao...The hook shot is not his best and he favors that alot..

Bad game for Yao and so far this season he has not impressed me at all...Thank god for T-mac.

Right. We ran into a hot team at home. Give the Griz some props, they came to play as if they were playing for a playoff spot, were very active and brought a ton of energy and depth. The Rockets didn't act like this was a big game and had no energy what so ever. This better mean they are going to bring tomorrow night.

Yeah, I thought Swift did pretty well at denying the entry pass to Yao tonight. Yao has to do a better job at getting open - but I guess that's nothing new...

I'm talking about his over all shooting slump. Not necessarily this game.
