    Alright, the Rockets are still leading the Clippers comfortably by 15 with 1:30 left in the 3rd. Golden State is down by six with two minutes left in the fourth and Denver is taking care of Phoenix being up 13 with about four mintues to go in the game. It appears that we'll gain no ground on the teams, but we won't lose any ground for the playoff race. We play Denver on Friday night. 2 games difference between winning this game and losing it.

    whew...that was a tough-to-watch second half of that quarter. nice ending, though. we'll see. here comes the rockets weakest quarter.

    the refs love yao about as much as they love their left hand. that is assuming that they are right handed.

    nice, francis and yao basically sat the whole 4th, though for some reason mobley didn't come out until 2 minutes were left. nice, easy win.


    if utah beats dallas and portland beats san antonio, then fate is truly conspiring against us.


    if we beat denver and utah in our next two games, we clinch over portland and utah and are in the playoffs. if we just beat utah we'll still only need one more win or a portland loss to clinch. utah is the biggest game left.

    Tomorrow and Friday's game could decide our fate for the playoff run.

    Utah at Dallas tomorrow, then Portland at SA and we host Denver at home.

    Man, fate is still in our own hand. Just grab it.

    I'm happy but Yao and Francis have to step up against the Nuggets and the Jazz along with support from the rest of the team on both ends if we are to make it.
