    the rockets beat a western confernce team, it has been a while. I say loss. we will give the struggling clippers a win.

    I've got to say I think we will win this game. The Clips are on a 10 game losing streak. This is no time for us to allow the Clips to get back on the winning track.

    Besides, we are hungrier than a wolf.

    Just play the game and play it hard, Rockets! Keep turnovers down, hustle for the ball EVERY TIME, play solid defense while not leaving players unconstested shots, and...last but not least...unleash some offensive weaponry on them. Yao, JJ, Motay, Mobes, Steve, etc. ...that's some fire power there which has been misguided as of late. BE SMART AND BE HUNGRY!

    WE WILL WIN THIS GAME! REPEAT AFTER ME! WE WILL WIN THIS GAME! THIS IS WORLD WAR III. KILL. KILL. KILL.

    Have a little faith. Yesterday was yesterday and today is...well...today. It's a whole new ballgame. Things can change on a whim for the Rockets as we all know. We may not win by 50 but a win is a win is a win. If we lose, then we must pick up the pieces at home for Denver and give them a butt licking like they have never had before!

    They will do as is becoming normal for them, I'm not sure these players can break the habit.

    Whine during the entire game and then make several excuses for the loss.

    The whining is more important then the playing, and with the excuses no where will the leaders [?] of the team take the responsibally for the loss.

    Last night I watched the game with so much frustrations that my wife strongly suggests that I don't buy league pass next season for the health considerations.

    Please, rockes, give fans some excitement!

    So what? We are not that far behind and are also on a nice 5 game losing streak.

    The biggest problem is that the whole team is playing not to lose. They are tight and have no passion. They are doomed to end the season with a 10 game losing streak.

    The "So what?" answer is we finally found a team who is playing worse than we are. It's a battle of the losers. May the best loser lose...i.e. Clips . :p

    What if the Clips were on a 10 game win streak? Then everyone would be crapping their pants practically guaranteeing a rockets loss.

    NEW YORK -- Elton Brand was fined $5,000 by the NBA on Tuesday for criticizing the officials after the Los Angeles Clippers lost to Utah.

    Brand, who averages nearly 20 points and more than 10 rebounds per game, had 15 points and three rebounds in 36 minutes while saddled by fouls in Sunday's 97-92 loss to the Jazz.

    Clippers Coach Mike Dunleavy was ejected with 5:23 left in the third quarter with his second technical foul after protesting the fourth foul called on Brand.

    "That was definitely a badly officiated game," Brand said after the game. "Some of the calls were terrible. Coach was trying to get us some calls and get us respect out there, and he got tossed. It's very frustrating."

    Im a die hard Rox fan, but I hope for the sake of the franchise that the Rox dont make the playoffs, maybe then they would learn to take care of the ball and play with some passion.

    I can't imagine us winning another game this season. I promised my wife I wouldn't watch anymore but I may have to afterall.
