    Absolutely nothing changed regarding McHale. He still has no idea how to coach. He makes zero adjustments because he doesn't know how too. The only think that changed this game was Barnes woke up Harden

    Harden was playing a bit better defense on Redick after the flagrant. Redick doesn't respond well when he's receiving a lot of pressure

    I fully expect the Clippers to come out very aggressive to start the 2nd half. They started to lose their composure in the 2nd half and Rivers is going to have them focused.

    Both. The Rockets knocked down a few 3's finally, were solid at the foul line, and took care of the ball for the most part. The Clippers were the polar opposite.

    I'm frankly stunned we're up 8. The Rockets are shooting 37%(to the Clippers' 47.5%), are 5-20 from long range, and their bench has been outscored 12-5 despite Crawford being out for LA. The free throws, James Harden, and the disparity in turnovers is the difference. But this thing is right there for the taking if the Rockets have just an ok shooting 2nd half and continue taking care of the ball.

    Harden has to attack Redick and Barnes right out of the half. Get them on the bench ASAP.

    If the Clippers have to guard Harden with Austin Rivers and Jordan Hamilton, then Harden should have a huge game.

    LOL no it's not, actually the quite opposite!

    This is the very first game I've actually liked Mark Jackson, his voice is still **** but what he's said today was 90% spot on. JVG has actually been wrong quite a few times today, the guy needs to stop going on rants.

    Extremely important that we come out with the same enthusiasm as we did to finish that quarter. James has to continue to attack, and our guys have to knock down their shots.

    Another thing. D-Mo and T-Jones have to play better in the 2nd half. 3-14 combined shooting in the 1st half is pathetic.

    The Rockets shouldn't need Matt Barnes to wake up in order to get fired up. They have a coach for that. I think the fact that the Rockets had the ability all along to catch up and pass them is proof that Mchale needs to do a better job a lighting a fire under their asses instead of being Mr. Nice Coach all the time. You can't always be nice, these guys are young and tired sometimes you need to yell and wake them up, you better believe that's what Doc will be doing to the Clippers.
