    People keep forgetting that the kid is 19 years old. The one season in the Turkish Super League, playing for Beşiktaş Icrypex? Alperen played 29 games. The playoffs were another 5 games. That's it. In those 29 regular season games, he played 28 minutes a game. In those 28 minutes, he averaged 19.2 ppg, 9.4 boards (4.1 offensive), 1.3 steals, 1.7 blocks, 2.3 turnovers and 3.1 fouls. He shot 81% at the line. That's while he was 18 years old. The Turkish Super League is considered to be the 3rd toughest league in Europe and the kid was the MVP.

    Since there are folks that are attempting to pigeonhole Sengun this early in his NBA career, it occurred to me that it might be worth pointing that out, again. I'll also point out, although everyone should know it, that Alperen's played 50 games, averaging 18.7 minutes per game and that's criminal, in my opinion.
