I liked the win, but I'm not going to jump up and down like a chimp in heat about it. Just like I'm not jumping up and down about the last 3 losses.

It might take him a little while (a game or so) to get back to game form. I doubt he can just plug in and click. It's against the Spurs on their home court. I think it will be a loss.

I saw him slip in the game under the basket when trying to go up for a dunk or something. It's embarassing, but hilarious. :D

I don't think any of us will jump up and down like a chimp for either wins or losses.... but I still get the win however I can and am glad with it.

Did anyone see the Technical Bonzi got for taking off his headband?? Smush Parker did the same in the game against the Rockets and he did not get a technical.

Rockets fans jumping up and down to celebrate a win and you think they are like chimps in heat. Very nice.

Late in games, refs will swallow their whistle for things like that. Especially if its against the home team.

Bonzi is good at play spurs :). If t-mac is not prepared, he should not play otherwise rox will lose. Right now the starters have some chemistry going on.

Yeah, RA must feel humiliated for those TOs with lakers. He shot 3 consecutive 3pts and play with determination. Give these role players some time, they can thrive which may remove the last argument against Yao that he make others bad!

i dont feel like starting a new thread but i probably should have for this:

Juwan Howard was the reason Brand went only 1-3 in the second half. He got in front of brand in the post and just made it impossible for them to get him the ball. He also hit the big baseline jumper near the end. He hit some timely shots throughout the game as well. THis is why we still need him on the team. His defense on brand doesn't show up on the stat sheet, but he was a big part of the win. Hayes whether he deserves to or not gets whistled for fouls practically every other minute.

Also i think the problem with rafer is that he's just not a shooter. I find myself cringing at every 3 point attempt, only to see him redeem himself when he makes. When he misses, it's like "****ING RAFER STOP JACKING IT UP". Problem is that he makes a decent amount, and alot of the times they're just open threes.

Bonzi!! bonzi bonzi. Needs to have more post plays to him. Every time he posts and takes that turn around, it looks like it's a bad shot, but it's freaking money. Can't wait till he gets into better shape because when he cuts and yao finds him he's gonna finish with a dunk.

Shane was his usual self but at this point I'd like to see who still thinks we should have traded the pick for battier. He's the reason we're an elite defensive team when we're all healthy and firing on all cylinders. He can guard the kobes of the league while mcgrady saves his energy. The good thing about this is mcgrady is an excellent defender himself. I think if mcgrady was playing in that game against the lakers, he probably would have had a go at kobe when kobe got hot. WIth this team, he can afford to use his energy on defense once in a while if things arent going well with battier.

All in all.....GET HEALTHY TMAC WE WANT YOU BACKKK

Bonzi, Bonzi, Bonzi!!. this guy is amazing. every game he is improving. 4 points, 9 points and now 12. he's so talented , it's scary. we hit the jackpot when we got this guy for peanuts. and he's post interview suggests to me, he appreciates JVG's straight forward attitude. you train hard, you play. otherwise, enjoy the sidelines.

That's so ture. without TMAC, the only thing I saw, Yao was trying hard, beat hard, but very tired.! That's too much for him, he needs more help!

Feign mentioned Yao was sick before the game. Sina said that Yao felt not so comfortable with his back...

It's a bit confusing, but I hope all these are just minor... Any one has more information on this?

Can we get some D please. We allowed another 100pt game. For the only team in the league allowing under 90 a game we need to step it up on D. Our offense goes thru funks with or without T-Mac, though less occasionally, but the reason we lost 3 straight was lack of defense.

Alston was much better, but I still wince when he has the ball at the end of close games. His decision making is still not the best.

And the team should fine him for evey tear drop he attempts. The guy is atrocious at it.

Good win for us. WHEN (not if) T-Mac gets healthy and Bonzi gets in shape I really like our chances. Come playoff time I don't think any team will want to face us.
