we have yet to lose back to back games. i don't think it will happen here, but this is a dangerous game. the clips always play us tough and you know dunleavy would love to beat van gundy like a jilted lover.

Steve will bring his game this time. I'd say Rockets blow them out. 96-76

I'd say this will be the defining game for the rockets.
If we win, it shows that we truly are a different team this season. No more are we taking sucky teams for granted. This is the attitude that will make us win 48+ games and reach possibly the 2nd round of playoffs this season. JVG coach of the year!
If we lose, then it shows that we're still the rockets of last season. Consistently inconsistent! I think we'll still make the playoffs but it will be a battle down the stretch. And we probably won't get any further than the 1st round. JVG is fired, Yao and Steve are traded for Amare and Marbury! Yao fans commit seppuku!

Then again I think every game is a defining game. :D

    Stevie dominates! 33pts/6assists/5rebs/4tos
    Yao wow! 25pts/12rebs/4assists/4blocks/3tos
    Cat tang! 18pts/4rebs/4assists/2tos

I think the Rockets will take this one. They have not lost back to back games this year and now is not the time they will do so.

    No Brand, correct?
They have no one that can stand up to Cato and Yao.
Francis will want to make up for Portland.

We havent been overlooking bad teams this year like in years past.

We havent lost two in a row yet....I dont see that changing tonight.

Rox win by a goodly amount.

The Clips don't have Brand so this should be an easy and a must win situation for the Rockets!

    Go Rockets!

    92-76 Rockets

There is just absolutely noone that can guard Yao on the clips unless they double team consistently throughout the game.

    Drobjnak is not that great.
Ely is crap, I don't even know how dunleavy or last year's coach thought he is better than WZZ.

    Kaman is crap, nothing special.

The Rockets haven't got a chance. They simply do not win games in Los Angeles against the Clippers. It doesn't matter that the Clippers are missing Brand and a host of other players, they always rise to the occasion and destroy the Rockets on these five game road trips.

Look for a boring blowout where the Rockets are down by double digits after the first quarter, and never get closer than 14 thereafter.

The Clippers will shoot at least 56 percent throughout the game. The Rockets will shoot in the mid-30s. Look for Yao to score and rebound in single digits, while Francis manages only ten.

    Rockets: 72
    Clippers: 99

ZRB, is this a sports superstition for you? to constantly nay-say the Rockets.
