Glad we were able to scratch out 91 points with an extra period.

we needed this win for not just a sake of a win..but also get our moral up after the past few games.

Can somebody please explain to me why JVG kept putting Lue on Livingston. Livingston is 7" taller than Lue and was eating him up.

And JVG just kept putting Lue on him. WHY?!?!

Because Ward is playing that bad lately.

Who else? Ward? He was stinking it up. Besides, Lue gave us a nice steal and some layups. I know you are talking about that off-the-glass shot by Livingston. But he was playing the odds.

It hurts my eyes watching our games.

    We can't score.

    The other teams can't score.

    I'm glad we won though.

Honestly, in the end... that move may have been beneficial to us at the end of the 4th quarter.

Livingston had his way with Lue earlier, but he's never been a "go-to" guy before in this league. Thus, when Dunlavey started calling his number at the end of the fourth, Livingston was hesitant in getting position, he was missing his shots, and the whole team went out of sync by them trying to exploit the mis-match.

This nullified the Clippers other strengths of Brand and Magette... and probably kept us close enough to get it to OT.

I agree with you Stack24 that we needed a morale booster but I'll admit I'm disappointed with the way things are going. I haven't lost hope and expect us to get better with time.

Didn't watch the game. But do you want Ward on Livingston? Lue is more quicker. Nevertheless, our PGs are both scrubs!!!

Great job for TMac. I am really glad that we pulled off a win today despite the poor performance from Yao. TMac is defintely the man today. JJ finally hit a jumper to seal the win. Go Rockets!! I can sleep well tonight.:p :p

I'm glad the Rockets pulled out this contest...McGrady was wonderful, especially hitting those two free throws in regulation. Yao will be just fine; he just has to assert himself no matter how the referees are officiating the game.

Although Lue can't get the ball to Yao, he can make a few shots. Ward just can't, no matter how wide open he is.

BTW, give credit to Mo. He really is the spark for today's game.

    Man I need to vent:

    Funk Yao and his fadeaways.
    Funk the refs.
    Funk our offense.
Funk Tmac and his long jumpers.
    Funk Deke's hook shot.
    Funk blowing big leads.
    Funk Artest.
Funk the Detroit fan who threw the beer.
    Funk the ESPN shootaround crew.

whew, I'm glad I got that out of my system.

We Won! Now let's do it again.

holy crap, i forgot we had already played!

my plan today was to wake up and watch ohio st./michigan and then watch this game. well i barely got up before osu/um and then was so focused on the indy/det thread in nba dish that i completely forgot this was an afternoon game. i think i've missed 5 or 6 of our 11 games so far (although i pretty much had no choice in all of them except this one). that was unheard of in the past.

at least we won this one, although it took overtime against the clips.

I think it is because Donald makes his twenty mil profit every year anyways. So why bother? It is better business to have top draft picks every year and sell them for good price a few years later.
