I think a lot has to do with the style we play too. If you're only scoring 89 a game there's a good chance you're gonna play in quite a few tight games.

 

Man... Dunlavey must have been high when he designed that play.

Or, it must have been one of those "4am in the morning" plays...

Normally, when you blow out another team... its also because they're not playing hard at all. (regardless of how your team scores)

We've gotten pretty good "efforts" from every team we've played so far... I'm not saying we're entitled to it, it would just be nice to see every now and then.

These close games have a lot more to do with the mental aspect of it. The way we played Memphis was a nail biter. But we held on for the win. Each game was tough! But we kept fighting.

Tmac and Yao CLOSING OUT GAMES are a must.

 

The Clippers sure do have a lot of young talent. Magette, Brand, Simmons, Wilcox, Livingston, Jaric. It's amazing how this team always seems to be loaded with young talent but they're never all that good. It's also kind of scary that they just seem to be all around better than the Rockets. Sure, we've got the big two, but they've got so many weapons.

 

Tracy just missed another layup.....he looked like he had a clear look.....did he lose control of the ball as he let it go?

 

Jimmy Jackson is such a horrible ballhandler this year....

Now that's something you don't often hear.

 

He was halfway between a dunk and a layup.... give Brand credit for making him change the shot.

 

Mo has been trying to get that call against Wilcox all night.

Damn! After seeing the play by play update of the nba, I've noticed that we have 0 fast break points.. graaahhhhhhh

 

lucky i didnt go to the game ill take the win, but not impressed.

 

This is arguably the best for TMac this year. Those 2 clutch free throws at the end of regulation were sick. They were nothing but net.

Once again, Yao is a POS this game. He lets the officials dictate a 100% how he plays the game. Yao gets treated like an NBA superstar by the refs in Houston, but he gets treated like a weak ass roleplayer on the road.
