    What’s with Capela getting the ball jn the paint and immediately ducking and cowering as if he’s afraid.

    It's not as easy as people think for a player who is in his prime years and has not been able to do certain things consistently before and hes been a negative player to become a positive one. He was and is still just a low risk gamble because of his physical tools and the different skills he has, but the baseline expectation can't be that he is going to just become a good player at 27 years old in his 6th season when he hasn't been able to figure that out so far. It's a gamble I would still take, I don't think the Rockets missed out on some other useful minimum option by signing him, and there's still hope, lol

    Capella was supposed to fill that role bit

    1. He gets shoved around easily.
    2. He's absent minded on defense often
    3. Constant switching often moves Capella away from the paint.
