My half time report

First quarter was great. We ran the offense beautifully. Parsons was taking it to the hoop, Scola grabbing plenty of rebounds and hitting jumpers. Great overall team play and ball movement. Couldn't have asked for anything else. On the other hand...

2nd quarter not so much. Kevin martin taking too many wild jumpers and ball hogging. We were 1-11 half way through the quarter. 7 points with 2 minutes left. Dragic seems to have a hard time running the offense. Did he not learn anything from Steve Nash in his days on the Suns? The steal and dunk was nice but it doesn't matter when you are the back up point and having a stagnant offense. Not much movement going on when Dragic is on the floor. I'm not trying to dog him but he needs to realize his role. He isn't playing the 2 guard. Dalembert hands are as strong as a baby's when it comes to catching passes. Maybe it's Lowry's fault for passing the ball to Dalembert expecting him to create his own shot but he's having a hard time passing. You also have to give the Celtics credit for picking our defense apart.

 

it's an entertaining game so far. after the last two games the quicker pace and refs are a nice change.

 

5th of all-time, wow. At least one record in sight for us this season.

 

did budinger get with mchales wife or something , why does mchale never play him !!?!!?

 

I don't know if it is just me, but that is embarrassing. How can you be that poor at a free throw. Seriously, does he never practice that? I could shoot 7 out of 10 on any night. It is just pathetic. There is a reason why it is called a "FREE" throw.

 

by the way, Lowry averages 3 turnovers a game this season.

 

Chuck Hayes hits a lot of shots in practice, different story in the game.

Just a completely different environment, confidence plays a huge factor. Parsons himself is described as a confidence shooter.

 

Or maybe McHale has beef with Diddy and was mad with Chase representing Diddy at the Dunk Contest. McHale is born on the West Coast and probably was one of the biggest Pac fans, so maybe he is one of the guys that feel that Diddy was responsible for the killing of 2Pac. Because of that he'll never play Chase again, he feels betrayed.

 

bud's had horror shooting nights playing the celtics at the toyota center but when away he's shot 83% and 64% and 75% from three in both games.

 

He has no offensive plays and he's too prideful to run Adelman's offense.

 

Lowry is an all-star caliber point guard who hasn't gotten the recognition he deserves yet.

 

Y no mention of how poorly Lowry is playing Martin Scola and parsons have most of out teams points

 

key word is caliber. rondo has already proved he is an all-star. lowry is nowhere close to rondo

 

Have you actually watched Lowry play the last few games? Nowhere near all-star level and bad decision making.

 

Why is it so hard 4 some people just 2 admit dat rondo is better than Lowry

 

Because they can't admit it if they actually have the ridiculous believe that Lowry is better.

Well here is an 1-2 for Parsons. He should shoot a 1000 free throws a week. 29% is pathetic

 

I agree that Rondo is better than Lowry, i wouldnt say he is nowhere near close though.

 

Because they are homers and get mad when people like us tell them they are wrong
