But TMAC +YAO +Swift=18/28 >64% . No, it is not hard to get assists if you pass the ball to them. Alston got exactly ONE assist. He sucks badly.

I blame YAO only take 8 shots. demand the ball himself. when we down 12 pts and TMAC sat on thebench, YAO didn't take single shot, who 's fault? YAO's fault.

You're only looking at stats without watching the game. You can not make a judgement by looking at Yao's 18/2 in 22 minutes. As long as a guy plays his heart out, doing all he could, other things like the refs and the situation makes Yao has 18/2. It's a problem for Houston if Yao can't stay on the court for long enough time because of the refs, that definitely is not Yao's problem because he's giving all he has with whatever it's in his control.

I know after watching last night's game, somebody is gonna come out with Yao got 18/2 he must suck line. Yao could have getting 20+/10+ reb in the game against New Jersey. The reason he did not is because he picked up some BS fouls that sends him to the bench. JVG is keeping him on the bench and since we were up with comfortable leads with TMac going nuts, JVG did not have Yao come back until late in the 4th quarter. Yao did not get any garbage point at the time also. If Yao was a stat-hungry selfish stat padding player, he could have get 20+/10+ every single game.

What matters is a W for the team, not a guy's stat.

Rox needs to hire an offense-minded assistant coach. Right now, our offense live and die with our jumpers. Other than Yao's shot around basket and Tmac's layups a few times a game, NONE of our shots are easy shots. Other than Tmac, we have NOBODY who can penetrate the paint and get elevated for a layup. Head, Wesley, DA, Barry all tried but they all got smothered.

I don't know if you are aware of the 'Peter Principal', but IMO we might be seeing it in action with regards to JVG. He has been coaching some pretty weird s*** this year.

For a game like this tonight, post game analysis is kind of useless. Even if we hit our shots tonight, we still would have lost. Just one of those flukly games, capped by Lafrentz going nuts and non existent defense.

Trust me, being blown out in this manner is much better than another 4th quarter collapse.

Sorry it should be 'Peter Principle':

The Peter Principle was first introduced by L. Peter in a humoristic book (of the same title) describing the pitfalls of bureaucratic organization. The original principle states that in a hierarchically structured administration, people tend to be promoted up to their "level of incompetence". The principle is based on the observation that in such an organization new employees typically start in the lower ranks, but when they prove to be competent in the task to which they are assigned, they get promoted to a higher rank. This process of climbing up the hierarchical ladder can go on indefinitely, until the employee reaches a position where he or she is no longer competent. At that moment the process typically stops, since the established rules of bureacracies make that it is very difficult to "demote" someone to a lower rank, even if that person would be much better fitted and more happy in that lower position.

Do you think after tonight the Raptors would be willing to trade us Mike James for T-Mac? :p

    I kid, I kid.

Seriously though, I blame adeelsiddiqui, he ran Mike James out of town. ;)

Since People said Jimmy Jackson image looked like Luther Head anyway, I guess this photoshop will make this image current :). I think someone needs to photoshop it further to fix JVG's combover though.
