Didn't say that. Just said that Rondo isn't vastly superior to Lin as you put it.

That's Jeremy's problem I think...he tries too hard at times to get other guys going instead of taking on some of the responsibility of scoring.

Like in the NO game he kept trying to get Morris going even though he was just cold as ice. He also keeps pounding it to Asik as well, even passing up easy shots for himself in the process.

He really needs to figure out the balance of when he needs to take over as a scorer and when the team needs him to be a playmaker.

I think it will come with more experience.

Agreed here. Lin needs to be aggressive from the start. Shoot and drive with mentality to score, then pivot to passing off.

Not sure if it's the game plan, but there are games when it seems like he has convinced himself to distribute and that takes him out of his rhythm when he needs to put the ball in the hoop.

I can't believe I am going to say this, but he needs to have a Russell Westbrook mentality. Not saying he has the ability, but in order to get him and the team going, the Rox need to have him shooting the ball; playing off him/cutting to the basket.

Or maybe it really is his endurance regressing back down to earth and that's why he's been playing less minutes lately.

Whatever the case is, I hope Asik can get back to top form. IMO his performance can literally change this team from playoff contenders to missing playoffs. He is THAT important because let's face it, the team D is pretty bad. The best defense combo we have is Lin + Asik while Harden and Parsons make transition runs. (I don't even want to mention our PF situations...) If Asik doesn't show up, we literally loses 50% of our defensive efficiencies.

We need to trade Asik for Cousins. Make it happen Morey. Asik is only good for the first 7 or 8 minutes of the game. Can't catch, can't hit free throws, does not want to dunk when he SHOULD. Time to get Cousins.
