Don't worry. We lost to refs. Yao is still Yao. Obviously he needs sometime. But he will surely return to MVP shape before playoffs. T-Mac plays a good 2nd half. I see a bright future of Rox. :)

    2 things.

    RAFER F*CKING ALSTON
you do NOT foul jump shooters!!!!!! Don't go for that steal when you are contesting the jumpshot.

AND ALTHOUGH THE GAME WAS OVER, LUTHER F*CKING HEAD get the damn ball to T-Mac!!!!

    [/end rant.]

EDIT: Sorry Rafer that was pretty clean BUT IN GENERAL you can't go for the block on jumpshooters . If they flail there arms it's immediately a foul. You gotta recognize that by now.

And LUTEHR YOU'RE NOT OFF THE HOOK. Neither is McGrady but at least he kept us in it.

This team is terrible in the clutch when Luther has to make decisions. That 5 second call could have cost us if they didn't turn it back over. Also, he has a problem getting it to McGrady, and this is not a knee jerk observation from this game, the rest of the post was. :D

Do you ever do anything but come here and whine? I feel sorry for you, as you don't appear to derive any happiness or satisfaction from anything.

McGrady had bad night, but that's hardly the end of the world. Some of you take this way to seriously.

ITSOK everyone..yao looked great after missing so much time...16 and 11 ...good stuff..despite the first half...its very rare that tmac shoots this badly too...and hopefully luther can learn to cut down on his ridiculously bad decision making...yao will only get better..as long as we click during the playoffs..thats all that matters

We're talking about calls that literally changed the outcome of the game. The Rockets get jobbed on 3 or 4 key plays in the game and then you see Cleveland getting every call even when there was none.

Definite home cooking for the Cavs tonight.

Anyways. We struggled badly shooting the ball, it will happen, but we STILL had a chance (and probably would have) to beat the Cavs on their homecourt.

I will take this loss. Yao looked good towards the end of the game and even McGrady picked it up and started making clutch shots.

    We will be alright...

It is one game guy. How many games did Tmac win for us. You think the record would be where it is without Tmac. I really wanted them to win, but this was Yao first game back and tough place to play. I was really happy that they fought back all the way till the end.

Don't worry .. we will get our winning streak going and go into the playoff as a major contender.

They need to call that foul on Iglue tripping Yao. Refs ... geez.

The referees ****ing suck, Rafer clearly blocked him, and T-Mac got fouled, I hate referees.

Well, on paper we have an easy schedule.

Not my fault our coach doesn't know how to mentally prepare his players. They come out so sluggish and when they finally decide to fight, it's too little too late. But my theory is it's better to lose to sub-par teams as long as we can keep up with the elite. No doubt in my mind we are a better team than all those who beat is the past week. So I don't care.

Could be a win. We were down by 14 but we came back to 2. Not a good game. VERY BAD. Tracy also not a big night, but a lot of clutch shoots....Can we finally win? i hope so...

Agree on all counts. It's encouraging to see this team continue to battle even when things aren't going well. McGrady had an off night, but picked it up in the second half, and Yao seems to be further along than most people thought he would be. This team still has plenty of time to make a run.
