    Offensively he can't, but T-Mac is not in your future plans. Ariza is. The team needs to develop Ariza and cut the cord on T-Mac.

    This is the 2nd time I've seen Ariza and I'm not impressed. He looks almost as lazy as Tracy, demands the ball almost everytime down the court, even played PG and looks weak going up....and then there's his FT shooting.

    For the rest we need to move a lot more, we look lazy out there.

    If he cut out the sit and wait 3s that seem to plague him he would be up around 37-38% which would be respectable.
