Might I be so bold as to suggest naming it "Pippen"?

This will be the first game for Battie and other incoming trade guys, right? Usually, stuff like that really gets a team pumped up to play with more energy. I expect the Cavs will be really working hard against us. My crystal ball is cloudy -- I can't tell who wins.

You are crazy about playing GM, aren't you?

We could have got Eric W. and Battie earlier for Cat if we wanted to because I think Cat's game is the same as Ricky Davis'.

I doubt they'd trade Boozer, he is playing great right now.

Lebron will torch us for 50. 'nuff said. And Kevin Ollie will run circles around our 'point' guards like every PG in the league has for the past 3 years.

    Cavs win 98-83

i'm not a betting man but i don't know...the odds that lebron scores 50 IS higher than the odds that the rockets get to 50 by halftime....

 Thats a little cruel don't you think? Maybe its just the animal lover in me.

Anyways, I think the rockets will win. We do well against bad teams, if we continue this trend we'll end up in the playoffs easily. If you look at our losses can anyone say that one of them are against a bad team? I thought Memphis might have been the only bad loss we had, but they're looking tough this year.

The Rockets have consistently beat teams of Clevelands caliber all year.

At the beginning of the year no one thought we were in the same league as San Antonio/Dallas/Lakers and we're not.

We are a second tier play-off team which is one step up from a lottery team (which we were last year).

We will win 6 of the next 8

    Cleveland - win
    Clippers - win
    Suns - win
    Indiana - tough loss
    Lakers - blow out loss
    Denver - win
    Seattle - win
    Philadelphia - win

We are making steps, learning a new offense, growing Yao.

Hopefully we will make the playoffs this year then in the off-season make the moves to replace the players that are not adapting.

This game is exactly what Rockets needed to boost their morale. Cavs are really a bad Eastern Conference team. Rockets should win it, although it would be close due to Rockets sloppy play. 82-72 Rockets.

I see it more like 4 of 8:

    Cleveland - close win
    Clippers - win
    Suns - close win
    Indiana - loss
    Lakers - blow out loss
    Denver - loss
    Seattle - win
    Philadelphia - loss

    for a year-end finish of 17-14 (.548)

You do realize Lebron James' Assist/TO ratio is just about as bad as Francis' is right? Criticize Steve's passing, but at least use the example of someone that actually does a good job distributing the ball as I am sure Lebron will do in the furture. Right now he is turning the ball over on bad passing just as much as Steve
