Biggest difference I saw, when T-mac didn't have a shot he didn't chuck up a jumper but instead passed it to someone else who made something happen. No freelancing. 1 on 5.

Brooks should be the backup pg, period. He's only getting better the more he plays. Eventually he'll get enough confidence and his outside shot will start falling. Already the best penetrator of all the pgs. Great thing about him is he can do things other than just shoot (like pass) very well.

Downside: Bonzi doesn't play that well every night either, but what are you gonna do.

    Bonzi's outside shooting:

Do not be seduced. He is not an outside shooter. You will be ultimately disappointed if you start counting on him to make those.

nice, our bench players have the types of skillsets that Adelman likes to use. shooters, quick, fastbreak etc.

you're right the offense does run a lot better with both on the floor. They gotta play them together every time.

With Brooks, Head, Scola, Bonzi, and Battier they got on that run. If they play them together off the bench, they can make the difference.

    Toronto L (embarassing)
Philadelphia L (hideous; Yao calls the team soft after this)
Detriot W (predicted L and we deserved an L)
Dallas L (predicted L; terrible loss at home)
Orlando L (predicted L; like Detroit game, FTs and layups were horrible again)
Denver L (predicted L; tough loss, make FTs and we win; however, ...)
Chicago W (predicted W; benched played remarkably well; AB won his job?)
    ============================
    Detroit L
Memphis W (thinking of changing this to a L because Gay will own us)
    Toronto L
    Golden State L
    Boston L
    Orlando L

He used to have a solid mid-range game. Not so in recent years.

What's Stevie's status? Is he inactive?

They took it to the basket more too. TMac didn't settle for those jumpers, and Bonzi took it to the rack.

I think it's to do with matchups in this game. With Bonzi playing minutes at the 4 if there was a time for him to play well there it would be against Noci.

The Rockets finally show some grit, which is something you necessarily expect to see against a bottom feeder like the Bulls. Shane gets six stitches in the locker room and comes out to bury three's. Yao gets his hand taped up and comes back out to play. Scola is an absolute monster on the offensive boards.

I guess it's safe to say that we will see very little of James and Stevie from now on.

AB really showed me something tonight. Man, his speed is sickening.

Bulls looked pretty soft out there. Can't believe how many boards we just took out of their hands on both ends of the court.

    True test is tomorrow night.

Yao is shooting 49.3%,common you act like he's shooting way under 50%. Now why would you compare Yao to Yi? The only thing that they have in common is that they're both Chineese, tall and play basketball. It's like comparing Yao to Dirk their game is completely different. But great win for the Rox Tracy was moving much better and hopefully will be ok for the next game.

He had a couple of breakout games already, as you know, but it was his first solid performance in a while.
