francis played the exact same D the whole play and then b/c jones eventually runs out of room and gets to the baseline they decide there's a foul now. so stupid.

the mason has to hit a difficult layup and get the roll. dammit.

With 42 ticks left, down by 1, the obvious play here is to go to Yao; let's see if we do it.

We can still blame them.... they're calling this game AWFULLY. Obviously, the Rockets have gotten a few calls, but the ones against them have been even more costly.

If you're a Rockets fan, you want them to let the guys play because we're just a bigger and more phyiscial team. The fact that they're calling ticky-tack stuff for us doesn't help... because they'll call the same little stuff on us at a crucial juncture (probably will be Yao's 6th foul on an offensive foul flop).

Why the 3 pointer? If we just took a two pointer we would of had the lead. Why a 3? Why?

Straight up, bad decision. 7 seconds is an eternity to set up a shot.

glad we have the timeout left now but i still cant believe francis just took that shot...i wouldnt be upset if he drove the lane and missed a layup but hes not in the position to jack up a 3 down 1 with that little time left

Out of all the times we've wanted Francis to stop and pop... he does it on a 3 (when you're only down 1), and we had a timeout left.

    Ah well... down 2 now.

Why didn't they try to go to Yao, instead of a 3-pointer from JJ?

They did goto him... and they doubled him aggresively, and Yao found JJ all alone for a three.

    He needed to make that.
