    So if JVG was able to get through to T-mac enough to motivate him, while Adelman lets him sulk in his own depression, tell me who is the better coach?

    Being a coach is more than x's and o's. Its being able to foster chemistry and recognize when chemistry is not there (and due to which players). Its being able to MOTIVATE a team that is unable to motivate themselves.

    the amusing part of this is.. Adelman came in with a better reputation than JVG for willingness towards change when something isn't working.. and here we have people begging for JVG... and a change of the lineup...

    looks like we need a fine looking cheer leader with a lot of candies to be the coach. $21M and $15 M dollar are not good enough to motivate them to do their job.
