well if you think so, just stop watching. i have faith the rockets will peak VERY soon. in the tmac-yao era, we have NEVER seen this type of offensive balance we have seen the last few games. if that's the sign of things to come, i don't fear anybody.
The entire team is playing unselfishly. Very few forced shots. I'm liking it. It may not look pretty but these kinds of games are needed to develop chemistry, timing and teamwork. It will pay off in the long run. That said, is Brooks not feeling 100%? He looks a little slower than usual.
It remains to be seen. Yea, on the paper, that laker team looks good. But there is only one ball going around...
IMHO, that is where the whole problem lies. If you look more closely, when the ball is in the hands of players like McGrady, Wells and James, it was like the ball is into a blackhole. They just dribble and dribble to find their own shots, either making it or missing it, but simultaneously, the offense will become stagnant and lose movement. For McGrady, it is better because when he ran out of sorts, then based on his court vision, he could still provide his team mates with great pass and assists. But that should not be what Rick Adelman preaches about.....motion offense to make scoring much more easier.
Yao's stinking it up out there. As many turnovers as points. Rockets playing to the level of the weak teams again....
In fact it's going to take a while to get T-Mac integrated. February's a pretty good time for him to come back from his injury considering the schedule.
The Indy game and tonights game has been very annoying to watch. Something is wrong with the offense. Their missing wide open players. Rafer missed Shane, Landry missed Scola, they've missed Yao a couple of times in the paint. Whoever has the ball, is holding the ball too long.
Hope the Rockets won't be too complacent in the next 2 quarters.. Yao Ming is ice cold with only 3 points in 2 quarter..although he picked 2 early fouls, but still need to dominate more over Bogut
No, I am cheering for the Rockets. But I won't deny reality either. Gasol going to the Lakers was just sick. We need a 3rd star as well to even things up. It's gonna be hard when we are dependent upon 3 rookies because Mike James and Steve Francis are bench fodder.
wow, seriously, its ahrd to get any help in this playoff race. its not like tha western powers all hit a soft schedule at tha same time as tha rockets. we havent been able to make up ground....much lately except for tha warriors win and tha blazers lost to cleveland
If it was any other team I'd agree with you, but they have freaking kobe to win all the close games for them.
Its the same as when they pound it into Yao on the high post. They can create shots for others easier so thats what they do if the defense collaspes on them.
