if yao is nervous for this game, then houston has no shot at winning the championship with him. This game is nothing to be nervous about, the guy is a 6th year nba veteran.

This "tracy" style? The man is forcing nothing at all, passing it to Yao whenever the opportunity presents itself, has been rebounding, and best of all, has been driving into the lane. Some of you talk about him like he's forcing the other players to play in some way, but the reality is that he's trying to fit into the system, and that some of the other players are sucking ass.

If only he could let others control the ball longer.

I think this has much to do with staring line up. Against half court teams, Hayes should start. In these two games, Yao just don't get enough touches to be dominant.

Are you EVEN watching the game on TV?

Yao Ming was NOT trying to lay it up. He was on his way up to dunk it. It was just Bogut got great timing and smacked it from him.

Its pretty normal for his type of player to control the ball longer. Look at Kobe, Lebron, Wade, etc

It's February. Plenty of elite teams just scratch by for road wins. It's a long season. Relax.

50% shooting -> ANOTHER very good offensive performance so far
36% shooting by the bucks -> good defense

    we're just turning it over.

but like i said, it's not about yao or tmac. the offense is finally working as the balance is spread out.

like adelman said earlier this yr, tmac and yao may just avg 20 pts each when teh offense is working.

Rockets play to their opponents level usually so against good teams they dont really get blown out.

they will when we play the good teams. u can see tmac and yao not forcing things and that's why the offense is fluid right now. everybody is involved.

again people, from now on, we might not see a lot of offensive explosions from tmac or yao. we got other ballers on our team -> landry, scola, brooks ;)

so before you guys complained yao didn't get enough space to operate b/c of hayes. NOW you're complaining he's not getting enough shots b/c of scola?

why can you guys be like yao? play on and stop making excuses. i'm sure yao knows he needs to play better. you don't blame bad performances on the players.

nah, rockets are just that kind of team. they are alot better than they play sometimes, and they play really good when least expected. Like, they'll get blown away by some of the league's worst teams, yet they'll beat some of the league's best at their home court.

if you expect them to win, they'll play horrible. if you dread a certain game assuming they will to lose, they will play great and maybe win.

    Relax, Buddies.

Still we have second half coming. It's not over yet. If we played like yesterday at the end, we might start to be whinning.

Till then, let's just cheer for the Rockets. :D
