    I will forever watch every Rockets game I can (like I have since the 80s), but after realizing that not even the passing of the trade deadline will help us, my enthusiasm just isn't there. Maybe the Chicago trade will inspire me to drink an extra beer, but the NY trade will leave me sober for the rest of the year.

    Giving up? No. It's just time to say, "meh, next year" and focus on the game of basketball without prejudice. Trust me, I don't like my attitude and I can't remember the last time I had it (yes I can - after the drug thing in the 80s). None-the-less, the attitude sucks for a long time fan, but what are you going to do?

    So, as a fan I'll say, "Win win win", but all I really want now is good basketball.

    Play good basketball Rockets!
