Right now, the Rockets are just trying to find the bottom. Talk about your season on the brink...

    That's not good.

I didn't like it when Steve didn't want to go at first and I don't like JJ not wanting to report.

How the hell does a guy that is 7 foot freaking 6 inches tall only get 3 rebounds in 22 minutes?

Bobby mother****ing Sura got 10 boards.

I'm not blaming this loss on Yao because Jon Barry was perfect.....perfectly missing all 8 of his shots to get the the big ZERO in the scoring column and the team as a whole couldn't defend a team of kindergarteners, but c'mon. 3 rebounds for Yao?!?!

Sorry, but if a good enough offer came over for Yao. I'd take it. The guy is so overrated. He's a good player, but I do not see him ever becoming great. He's a slightly more talented Rik Smits. His 30-40 point and 10-15 board games are going to be too few and far between. I'm going to be sick if the Rockets give him a max contract.

    Pimp,

We agree, Yao is too nice, and simply refuses to use his 7'6" advantage.

He plays like a panzy...put him in a diaper.

Barry was 0 for 8 with zero points, 3 turnovers, and 3 steals in 39 minutes.

On the bright side, his performance can only get better.

    Da dum, ching!

asked if its a jj hangover

"No that would just be another excuse...if it was the first time I would understand"

How do you get the team motivated

    JVG "Get motivated players."

Fire the coach and bring in a Phil Garner instead of a Jimy Williams.

Trade Yao to Golden State Warriors for Mike Dunleaway Jr. Salaries even match. JVG/CD need to make a few more trades to get us slower/older/less talent before the season ends and Yao's extention negotiation begins. With today's game as example, I sure hope Yao does the wise thing and not to sign the dotted line with Rox...

For the last time, I hope CD don't extend Yao a max offer. If he wants to go, that's fine. Trade him for young talent and draft picks.

if JJ and Lue were here, there's no way we lose. We'd win by 15-20 points easy!

    What an ass!!!

Get motivated players? How's the turnover of the players since your arrival. The new players are not the ones u pick?

Maybe the problems are Yao and Mo. Lets trade them away so that our "grind it out" coach can lead the whole brand new team to grind out of the hell.

I wonder how many players feel they are in hell now.

I sure hope CD doesn't give Yao an "easy out" like that. Since Yao is responsible for at least 25% of this team's failures, he should be punished by playing the rest of his career as a houston rocket with JVG. A career of mediocrity.

the first thing that needs to happen tomorrow is the rockets calling a press conference. Then what needs to happen is the firing of Van Gundy. Tonight's showing was pathetic. there were so many wide open uncontested layups that a 757 can go through the lane.

Its evident that the players just don't care anymore. The only bad thing that can come out of a firing is that we're left with JVG "type" players. Our roster is a joke and a lot of that is due to our coach wanting his type of players. Half of our starting lineup wouldn't be starting on half of the teams in the nba. How can Les not see this?

And whoever in the other threads thinks that reece gaines is an upgrade to boki is on crack. I'm sorry but I don't see a thing that's good about him. He can't shoot worth a lick and I almost fell off my chair laughing when bill said that gaines is a defensive stopper.

This team is terrible. I actually turned off the tv and did something else without a care for this game....which is a first :(
