Yao fueled the third quarter run, but he missed a lot of shots in the fourth. Actually nobody on the team was quite on target during the last quarter. Maybe fatigue just kicked in. We are playing back-to-back, guys. Glad to see T-mac find his shots back. Jhoward and Mutumbo also contributed nicely.

    final: 97-93, not good.

    Tracy is back, great!

Yao shot 10-24, not good, but fine. I think it's because he's tired.

let's see what's happening in next game.

    Yao & T-Mac should shoot 60+ :D

Yao needs a goto bank shot or a new move for when he's all tired and unfocused like he was in the 4th quarter. He was building a brick house out there. Fortunately he ran out of bricks.

did Kirk Snyder get hurt or tossed out of the game or something? I saw that he only played 9 minutes.

Knicks will be the first victim of Mac and Ming

Yao looks bad today, bad condition, just don't have the power to finish the game off. Second week of the season and the Rockets already played back2back twice. Yao'll be more effective in fourth quarter when the season goes on. and good to see Tmac back !!

4 of 5 games on the road, 3 and 2? That's good. I'm telling you, we're going to have a good home record this year. So our record so far bodes well for us.

I can't believe that everyone's getting so mad at Yao for a bad fourth quarter. At least he has the guts to take a lot of shots, this is a step in the right direction! You know he's not going to miss a lot every game.

If T-Mac went 10-24, nobody would think anything of it. Allow Yao to have a bad shooting game every once in a while. 24 shots is where he should be.

This team really is like Jekyl and Hyde, Good in one quarter, Horrible the next...McGrady heated up in the 2nd half though and kept improving from the Memphis game. I Think T-Mac is gonna dominate the next game.

BTW, watching the Phoenix Suns - San Antonio Spurs game right now...the last 45 secs took like 45 minutes  and so many bad FTs which have sent the game into OT now... I think maybe the new ball is causing horrendous FTs

Hell yes, T-Mac is back, let's hope we can ride our first win streak up to like 7 wins.

BTW JVG is an @sshole. He could have let Novak in just for a minute or so for his fans and Novak. When they were up by 20, I dont think a minute would hurt. Infact he is 50X better than Juwan.

But he needed to show who the boss is. For a guy who has not done $hit, JVG has King Kong ego.
