Yao needs a nice rest.... he looks really tired tonight. If he can still shoot 70 percent, he should have at least 30 points. In fact, he only got 4 fouls, wonder if that's home court advantage.
McGrady lives for the clutch...he just seems to operate best when the pressure is high. Now on ESPN, I am enjoying seeing Duncan brick the **** out of his clutch free throws. He's an even worse FT shooter in the clutch than Shaq is...he thinks about it way too much.
Rockets have no future if they let Yao play like that: missing layups, taking jumpers, no rebounds in 4th Q..
This game reminds me a lot of the championship years when we had to scratch and claw for every win. Whew!
Rockets have this very huge problems to overcome.... I think they are a very stubborn team. They never understand the concept of playing with intensity the whole quarter and they don't know they should never underestimate their opponents. It's just that or they are just dead tired with the schedule and have nothing left in the 4th quarter. I think it is the first one.
I didn't get to watch the game. But it seems though Van Gundy didn't give Yao any rest during the second half. Given Yao's stamina and current condition, how could he expect Yao to maintain high efficiency?
we should have blown this one out of the water. 4th 1 2 3 4 T Rockets 26 22 28 21 97 Bucks 17 22 20 34 93 4th quarter wasn't very spectacular at all. But least Tmacs finally showing some of his true self, and least he can hit the FT when it matters, rafer got 9 assists and 11 points, but still poor shooting, hayes and deke rebounding make up for Yao's lack of reboundsm all yao needs to do is score. our 3rd quarter surge was great to see, both our superstars lighting it up, but cancelled out by our poor performance during the end, we need to finish better. having said all that, good win
