I know the young players need and must step up but Wesley,Howard and Deke can and will go big mins if asked of them. Hayes and Baxter will play some tonight because the Bucks arent as athletic upfront as the Pistons are. Outside of Bogat I gear no one on that frontline. Howard,Mutombo,Baxter and Hayes can handle anyone. Rockets win tonight and on wednesday against the Bobcats since Gerald WAllace will be out. Go Rockets!!!

Last night's 2-point loss to the Pistons should be quite a boost for the team. They're not happy about losing, sure... but I'm betting more than one person on the staff and/or the roster has pointed out the same things posters have: specifically, that the Pistons usually win with double-digit leads.

    That being said...

This is a very good Milwaukee team again. TJ ford and Bobby Simmons are back. Magloire is a rebounding machine. Redd is stroking it. If you look at the teams on paper, the Rockets don't have enough firepower to win this game with Yao and others out. But we have Mcgrady and JVG and a greater sense
of urgency to win than they do. It's gonna be a good game and my money's on the Rockets.

I agree about the Bucks, they're a good team with a winning record, I think people are overlooking them for whatever reason, it's not like we are in a position to overlook teams with better records than ours.

i think we seldom win games when there's too much optimism on this board.

    so i will predict a loss. :D

Chuck Hayes is the type player Rockets missing all season.

    Look the second chance points.

He can get the Off rebound and put it back in. Unbelieveable!

We have to cut one later, either Baxtor or Lucas. So they better show something soon. But it's good for Rox :D

That would suck I like both--I'd rather they cut Bowen or trade Stromile.

Not necessarily. If Sura decides to retire -- and I sure as hell hope not -- that opens up a roster spot.

That's just one way both could remain on the roster, if desired.
