Yea because a floater in a packed paint is a better shot than an open 3 with no one around you.

If you prefer a turnover though, that is fine.

If Hill wasn't so stupid he would be something special. Don't let him make any decisions from the post, high or low, and Hill is great.

Battier looks visibly upset that he can't shoot for crap, that's good, maybe he will start putting some shots up after and before games.

Hill's problem has A LOT to do with getting inconsistent minutes. His biggest obstacle to improving is Rick Adelman.

Battier's shot looks just slightly off...in those cases its not a lack of practice, much like with Bud's, it just needs a minor change. Sometimes too much shooting can actually throw your shot off. They both could have over done it and screwed up their shooting fomr because of it.

Perhaps you didn't get the memo the first time but Lowry was open at the 3pt line for a reason. His hesitation led to, guess what? A turnover.

He's missed three straight shots and it looks like the last couple of shots, he was forcing it. There were guys in his face and he still shot them despite having sufficient time in the shot clock.

Hill is just raw. He's a second year player who only played half of his first season. He's making real strides in his games in a short time.

He was fouled on one of those shots.

So 2 or 3 consecutive missed shots, 6 points, 2 rebounds, 2 assists in 15 minutes is a bad game?

The Rockts need to get Chuck Hayes some easy fouls. He's unstoppable from the free throw line.

Is it just me or does anyone else prefer our bench over our starters? When I see Battier, Hayes, and Lowry in the game at the same time i just get frustrated.

ball movement has to be literally perfect for them to score since the only outside perimeter threat is martin. very frustrating to watch.

Nobody on the team should bypass a wide open jumper to give it to Chuck Hayes so he can make something happen. It's nuts.
