typical hate from the TNT cast

 

That Mutumbo is over 50 but he is giving him props.

 

kenny smith said that with scola's defense it makes us tougher on the defensive end. what rockets have he been watching all year. they are cracking up about mutumbo's age

 

Man, you watch that? I always change the channel when TNT halftime shows come around.

wow chuck takin shots at the rockets at the end right before commercial...what a shocker

 

Charles sounds totally drunk. There is no way that is coffee in his cup.

kenny and charles said that with yao the rockets are great. they were not saying none of this before.

 

I know I shouldn't care, but it's not even about the Rockets. If they were clowning some other team (except for Dallas) I'd be annoyed. It's like watching a couple of old guys sitting around the toilet making fart and **** jokes.

 

if he was still playing they would have said he is soft and take more shots at him....thats just their way...they will never give props to the rockets when its deserved

 

The more I listen to the TNT crew, the more I grow tired of arm-chair analysis.

 

Anyone noticed that Charles has a phrase that he uses for almost every team like every few months.

Earlier in the season he was saying that every team needs to make a trade, now he's saying that every team needs to speed up their tempo.

 

Let's go Rockets!

he can't get tmac/lbj correctly he's that much of a hater of both teams

 

It's a hypothetical so they can give us credit if it's in some parallel fantasy world. But when he was actually still around, Charles and Kenny insisted that the Rockets were NOT contenders, just another "good team" out West. It's amazing how they've done a 180 since...they're singing a different tune now.

 

Guys,

Brooks is making a huge difference this game. It may not show up in the box but he is dogging Blake all over the place, taking him out of the offense, and his quickness is breaking down the Blazers. I just wished they'd give him the ball and get out the way and tell him to break down his man and do his thing. Rafer is in Brooks head in a bad way. He's trying to do all the dishoffs and stand around 3 pointers. He had one play where he broke down two defenders and had an easy layup and he threw it out to Shane in the corner for the miss. They just need to give him his head and let him do his thing out there. He's still way too tentative offensively. I believe this team could turn the corner and be a much more difficult team to defend if they let him break down the D and score the ball instead of playing this stand around the 3 point spacing bologna. He's not a spot up shooter either. He's a much better shooter with the ball in his hands. When you watch his highlights, you will see him hitting a ton of shots off the dribble as the defense has to fade off to defend his drives. He needs to be put in a position to make the defense have to make that choice.

Give him dadamball and get out da way!

Kenny on Rockets...

1) Scola is a good defender

2) Tmac has been driving more this year.

Kenny spews out more BS in a minute on National TV than I can put out in my entire resume.
