    I don't think that the calls/no calls the other night had anything to do with Stern being in the house. There are bad calls/missed calls in every NBA game. However, refs in playoff series tend to even things out as the series continues . .

    Well, since leaguepass is over and no access to NBATV I hope that their is a viable solution within the next 6 hours. The Rox have my viewing to help them win hopefully. :rolleyes:

    i am just worried the refs would be going all the way to give the blazers the "home court advantage" for game 2 without the presence of stern.

    i agree with you that the refs were doing a good job in game 1. and i do believe, more or less, that has something to do with stern.

    will same group of refs officiate the entire series? if not, how can they even things out without knowing what's happened in the previous games?

    No, it's not the same group throughout the series, but they are NBA referees; it's not as if they are going to be absolutely clueless as to what happened in the previous game. Not to mention the fact that anybody can read a box score.

    I think CCTV5 will be showing all of the playoff games and probably Shanghai TV too. Get sopcast and these are the first two channels on the list. Of course it will be in Chinese but still better than nothing. Plus the picture quality is as good as you can get from an online stream.

    I was listening to 610AM, Hannah Storm was the guest and she just said she would use 'Clutch City' when referencing the Rockets during any telecast. Gotta love that.

    I hate to say it...but i just don't see us sweeping these boys....i'll be rooting my ass off....but i just don't see a W tonight...maybe thats why im so loose in these playoffs...we aint really got much to lose...hope we can take these boys out...they are a very good team, but i just think we're better.

    however, having seen so many times the rockets get destroyed by the ref, i just have to have my fingers crossed.
