Really?!! DAMN! I never heard him talk, and I assumed his name is eastern European (which I am sure it is).

Well, he is a European descendant, how about that?;) :p

Spoon is a little slow guarding Rasheem. Bowen might be able to guard him better.

van chancelor doesnt know much facts he said pryzbilla was used in the griffin deal...incorrect information he was drafted in 2000 with the 9th pick and traded to milwa. for jason collier, who was the fifteenth pick that year and i believe we got a draft pick also.

i never thought a day would come when pryzbilla would get this much attention on this board. i guess it shows how much he has improved as a player.

man... I could handle the blatant homerism (although it is possibly the worst I've seen this season). I could even handle the common "Van Gundy had the Rockets walking the ball up the court" stuff for the 10000th time, that's a common misconception. But to follow it up with "... but then McGrady said 'I want the ball in my hands more and I want to run', and that's when the Rockets took off"- I mean, are they pulling this straight from their asses or what??

    I hate these guys.

at least the local commercials are funny.

but rasheem is not a power player but more of a mid range jump shooter so bowen would do well on him because he is an excellent position defender

Agreed on the Portland announcers. I think the worst was when they were talking about Yao's quote of Ha. Something like "I could never have played in this league at 19." Then one of the announcers says, "yeah Yao was TERRIBLE at nineteen." No hint of sarcasm either. I mean come on is that really necessary?

Yao's T/O #s have been down quite a bit lately, anyone noticing?

    see my previous post.

mostly, it's incredibly blatant homerism (actually I'd put it a notch above simple homerism- is there a word for that?) delivered in a way that manages to sound both snide and idiotic at the same time.

I can also add that they keep making it sound like Yao said Ha is going to be much better than him. And that Yao was "terrible, awful" at 19 (to contrast with the awesome force of nature that is Ha Seung-Jin). I'm sure they were scouting him.

    feel free to add, smoothie.
