Stromile's Basketball IQ is rising with every game. His positioning was much better tonight defensively. He Needs to cut down on the turnovers offensively but overall a Slight upgrade over weatherspoon.

The blazers announcers were horrible tonight. One of them said Howard was a nice throw in for the (Bowen Trade) ??? WTF.

Why do they pay you? I guess all that rain has got them depressed.

Tracy had a mediocre game. With the amount of shots he took he should have had 45. He was the MVP of the game, but that's not saying much, because nobody played great

 

Slight upgrade over spoon?... he is a way better upgrade over sppon.

I don't even know why you had Yao's name up there tonight. Wesley should have been up there over Yao. Yao had one of his not so often completely off nights.

Okay this has to be up for at least one of the top 5 worsts posts of this young season. T-mac can shoot whenever he wants...T-Mac is the Rockets..

 

Yeah, no kidding about those Blazer announcers. Especially the color commentator. Mindless yet aggressive homer announcers for a terrible team. A foul was called on the Blazers after Yao was pulled to the ground on a rebound and they went into this BS about it should have been a jump ball and the call going against the Blazers because it was Yao Ming. LOL. Yes, NBA refs constantly skew their calls in FAVOR of Yao.

Seemed like they made a point to talk trash about the Rockets, too. After a missed Rocket shot in the first half, it was like "Looks like the Rockets shouldn't have partied so much in Vegas..." Ugh. Why? Gimme a break. And constant references to McGrady's (very mild) dis of Portland. And Van Gundy's slow offense. Geez. just call the freakin game and STFU.

 

Yup he slept too much in Las Vegas.

According to reports on sina.com, when the team arrived Las Vegas from Sacramento, it was 1 o'clock in the morning, when the night was still young.

Every of the Rockets almost disappeared in an instant. Yao Ming was tired and took to bed early. He said: "If everyone just go out and do not take rest, Jeff would be worried."

Friday was a rest day for the Rockets. Yao Ming did not go out until the evening, and had a dinner at a Korean barbecue restaurant with some friends there, and took a taxi, and see some of the neon lights of Las Vegas.

The excursion was supposed to last 2 days. But Jeff Van Gundy decided to cut it short. So the team flied off to Portland on early wee hours of Saturday morning
