    Rockets win tonight.

Watch. Just wait and see. Ariza & Shane going to give Roy fits. Brooks going to score 30. Scola 20. Rockets win a close battle though as Shane hits a clutch shot and Hayes makes a clutch stop.

The bandwagon will stop, because it'll be carrying too much weight.

    I have spoken.

As long as we get Oden in foul trouble early (hard to due if he guards Chuck) then I think this one goes to the Rockets 94-90.

For the first time this semester, I'm partially free. I took four tests last week so I'm good to go; I can watch the game, finally. :D
I hope the game goes okay since the Blazers may feel the need for revenge...

I think it might get ugly early. Oden has played well this season and will beast whomever is playing center. Aldridge normally always kill scola. Miller and roy will have a open lane minus any size in the middle. Rip City revenging the playoffs loss, i think it might be a 20 pt blowout.

Come on guys it's too early to fire up the lottery generator. Let's give this team a chance to play. They'll surprise you.

    Wooo! Go Rockets!

    Chad? is that you?

So I have a question.. if the expectations are lowered this year, does that mean that we won't have "the sky is falling" posters after each and every loss this season?

They jump up on us early. Their crowd's delirious. But we keep scrapping back until Aaron Brooks knocks down a 3 at the buzzer and blows a new KISS OF DEATH that leaves fans crying and fainting throughout the stands. Aaron is detained and questioned by the FBI, but released in time to do it all over again tomorrow. Go Rockets! Run and gun, baby!

Finally! This had to be one of the worst offseasons ever, but this team is going to give leave it all on the court every single night. I think 43 wins and the 8th seed are likely though. GO ROCKETS!!!!

We will have to do our best to run Aldridge, Oden and co off their legs. unfortunately I think it will be a slow start to the season.

    I don't get it.
If you're mocking me, what's to mock?
If he hasn't heard of "links", I think someone should give him a brief explanation.. Which is what I did. Sorry?

I think you are correct. However, we might have posts like "John Wall here we come" or "Lets just tank then!"...

not sure what to expect, the team as is, is very hard to predict, since they are so focused on team ball, they will either run a team out of their building or get destroyed themselves. I don't want to get my hopes to high, I say this one being that it is in portland and they have a bad taste in their mouth plus Roy and Aldridge being pretty much unstoppable will result in a 10+ loss. Will start the season 0 - 1 but at least we have basketball at last!!

I'm so tired of hearing about the Texans.......

Every game will be unpredictable.. We mostly will find games where we live on jump-shooters. If it doesn't fall, we're in for a long night. There will be time where we have to get a basket the hard way.. if we get the hard way, we have to make sure our opponents won't get a basket the easy way. We have very little margin for error here.

Fingers crossed..hopefully tomorrow we can start with a win.
