Granted it's the first game...but we look pretty sorry.

Their fouling is the only thing keeping us in the game.

Our offense is looking really bad.

This is not what the team will end up being. I do expect a trade and maybe the Rondo\Allen TMac will get done, it will all depend on the 23rd MRI.

It's just Yao's absence has led to the Rockets doing extremely poor on perimeter D?

As I said before, some of the comments in here are about as bad as the play tonight, worse actually cause I think the Rockets are actually doing OK despite their obstacles and handicap. Some 2nd rate knee jerk comments in here...

The only thing positive about this game so far is that Hayes is absolutely PWNing Oden. :D

It's been a decent game. I expected the sloppy and rusty play from Scola. AB, I'm a little disappointed he needs to be more aggressive rather than passive. Chuck Hayes is doing an excellent job. Ariza needs to stop gambling, we don't have big men to cover his ass.

Overall, it's been okay game from the Rockets and we are lucky we aren't down by more. Good thing we regained our composure towards the end of the half.

our first quarter wasnt bad but when our new guys started coming in during the second it really showed how far we need to go to come togther.

give it some time; andersen and budinger will start making shots. they need to get adjusted to the speed of the regular season.

as far as the over reactors & band wagon fans go the sooner they are gone the better.

(that lady is still tossing those bowls around)

Even Artest won't save us. We have to come back after digging those holes.

Artest has a mo hawk again with some more of his stupid ass writing on the sides.

    I'm so glad he's gone.

Scola's playing poorly, maybe because of injury. Battier is trying to do too much. Landry hasn't done anything.

When Scola gets healthy and Landry plays well, we'll be much better than we are tonight.

Well, I liked the way we played in the first quarter. We were aggressive on the offensive side... but still under control.

The second quarter was pretty horrible, though. No ball movement, and the under control aggressiveness went out the window... we were out of control in the 2nd Q.

Defensively... well, it didn't look good. The lack of a defensive post presence is going to hurt.

We'd be down by 20 if he were here.

He'd try to "shoot" us back into the game.
