ClutchFans Game Thread: Rockets @ Blazers 1/5/2019

Yet again we're getting destroyed in the paint and from 2nd chance points. We've had stops, we just keep missing shots. This game reminds of the Warriors game.

Harden is having his worst game of the season so far.... but I doubt he'll play that badly in the 2nd half.

 

Gave up 10 offensive boards in the first half. Someone has to step up and help Capela on the boards

 

Hell nah, that was pure hell. **** felt over at half, even before.

Rockets could still win and Harden can easily catch fire.

 

It's a shame it'll come to an end but it does not erase what has been a truly historic stretch of basketball

 

I'm not seeing much bad officiating on Harden tonight honestly. There was that one play where a player stripped it and it should have been Rockets ball but that's about it .

Harden needs to learn that refs are not going to call 50/50 calls on him on his favor 100% of the time.

 

If Tucker is going to continue being useless on the offensive end, we might as well try playing Gary Clark.

 

You folks should all calm down. y'all worried Rox is down by 13? James Harden is 3 of 15. 0 of 8 behind the arc, and 5 TOV to end the 1st half and we're down by only 13 points? Relax folks. Lets all enjoy the 2nd half.

 

MDA and Capela himself can do that by making sure he’s in the paint more than perimeter

 

They look so salty. Playing like this is the championship game.

 

Harden was due, I guess.

 

Clint needs to hedge back and stay with Nurkic

 

10+ pt lead at half extrapolates to blow outs.

It's not that close. Hopefully Harden can regroup mentally and ignore the refs and just try to put the ball in the bucket.

 

Oh whoops, I was talking about the Nurkic play, not about the officiating.

 

They want to stop Hardens streak so badly... its pretty obvious lol

 

I really hate these "I'm so bored" games from the Rockets.

 

If you're the 7th - 8th seed then yes, you are correct. Houston Rockets?

 

I mean...it was worse last game and we came back there too.

 

I b**** during the games as a way to vent - just the way I have always been.....if it bugs you that much just put me on ignore....won't bother you or me.

I usually am inciteful and funny when not in game threads though.....at least I THINK I am.

All you MDA stans still defending this dude for the most basic plays? If Harden isn't feeling it, the game is pretty much gone for this team. And when the **** are these people going to provide a CP3 update? I'm frankly sick of their constant lying about the injury diagnostics. Every injury is always delayed by a week or even more. They were supposed to provide an update two weeks after that Thursday. So, where the hell is it?!

 

Rockets were doing well without Harden, He is definitely low energy tonight and looks frustrated.
