    A must win. The Blazers suck and are shorthanded. The Rockets are about enter their toughest stretch of the season, so they can't drop any games against weak teams.

    Must win this game and the one against Detroit on Monday before we hit that stretch against Cleveland and Boston. Don't want to hear any "trap game" excuses. Just win!

    Oof, Blazers are really shorthanded too. Better win this.

    I will say Anfernee Simons has been playing better in recent games. But he's also coming off an 0fer in 29 minutes (0 points on 0-9) against the Clippers so maybe we're catching him at just the right moment.

    We should be able to beat these guys without Amen. He's been playing the heaviest minutes of his career and his all-out hustle and athleticism definitely make injuries a real thing to look out for.

    I think the point is not that it’s inaccurate, merely that it’s said every week. And I agree - it is.

    it has as much to do with fans not quite sure we are as good as our record which we’re proving with each game.

    I’d like to see the Amen+Alperen+JG trio dominate again with Freddy out. Championship foundations being built. I hope Amen plays. :)
