See Battier go for that rebound at the end of the half even though there was no chance either team could put up another shot. Mr. No-Stat was trying to pick up an extra rebound. :)

AB should just worry about his passing.

now he has two things: shooting and passing.

Lol it would be funny if we had Marion replace Tmac...we'd have defense defense defense...don't know how good we would be though lol.

If u think Brooks confidence is low now...wait till Lowry claims the starting job. I think as Lowry starts to get more minutes...ull see Brooks start to compete and turn it up TEMPORARELY

Man Scola is just Consistent as can be

Yao looked like **** in the 1st half but how many times has he come back with a great 2nd quarter, I hope he figures out that he doesn't need to jump on Bargnani's fakes.

the difference is rafer was a 10 year vet.

a sophomore is supposed to be inconsistent. especially a late first round pick turned starter half way through the season. this kid wasn't even consistently in the rotation last year! now he's the starter. cut him some slack.

    expect growing pains.

right now? it's obvious lowry is playing better in this game if that's any doubt in your mind :D

but generally speaking, imo lowry is a much better defender, passer, and most importantly he thrives on pressure situations at the end of games....

the choke meltdowns that brooks has been involved in several games this season does not bode well for his playoff future :(

also, even in his 22/10 performance last game i was not impressed with how easy foye was able to score on him at the other end....

Yao was getting schooled on defense, but even when he was missing thse shots early on, they were his pet shots. You had to know that they would start going in eventually.

I say AB need more time and we all should be more patience. One bad game doesn't mean too much for a player with potentiality to grow.

i agree 100%. i dont know how you did that. :p

brooks has some stinkers. he's been inconsistent as should be expected for him at this stage in his career. lowry will be the starter of the future for all the reasons you mentioned. as long as he gets a solid 3 point shot so he can play more minutes with yao.

when brooks is on his game, he's a step ahead of lowry though.

If we start Lowry it won't be in the middle of the season. That can hurt Brooks confidence. But yeah, Lowry has been playing better and more consistently.

As soon as Lowry develops any sort of offensive game, he will become the starter.

Lowry really is a quick leaner, he handles the ball well, reads the defense correctly and makes good passes. AB may loss his starting position soon.

i m not sure schooled is the right word...every player has his limitations/weakness, yao is and never good at defending a power forward who can shoot mid-range jumpers...
