Shaq lets them score. But he scores more.

It might be better to put Scola at the 5 and Landry at the 4 for now and then bring Yao in later.

Yeah I was surprised at this too. Apparently, Adelman WANTS Yao to be matched up against a guy who takes him to school.

I'm assuming the Shaq question is an attempt at sarcasm.

They're fine- Yao just missed a couple of point-blank shots. Yao will be fine. He'll wind up with 24+ points. We're keeping it close- we'll make our run in the 2nd.

the guy needs a breather. he's going to be useless if he's winded. even against the likes of jake V.

I'm thinking if the Zone D works this well against Toronto, we should definitely run it out against Utah tomorrow. They are a remarkably similar team personnel wise to the Raptors.

    Calderon/Willaims
    Parker/Brewer
    Marion/AK
    Bosh/Boozer
    Bargs/Memo

Plus, it won't wear Yao out as much.

Yao is getting his shots. He just not making them. He should light it up later on.

Adelman call a time out after Raptors lead by 12. I hope he is not too old to make a decision quickly.

No, he's not. He's not doing that bad. Only that entry pass to Yao- that was terrible.

The Raptors are just a bad defensive match up for Yao. Both Bosh and Bargiani can shoot from the outside. Yao should punish them at the other end. He missed a couple easy ones, but he had really deep position and will make a lot of those in the long run. They shouldn't stop going to him down low. He seemed to lost confidence with the two misses. Anyway, he should bounce back later in the game. We'll see how well the zone defense works later too.

Let Hayes guard Bargnani. Yao should sit on the bench until he wants to dunk all over their heads.

does landry know how to post w/o committing an offensive foul? granted, a lot of them are crap like the ref is just looking for it, but still he gets a lot.
